Changing a CTA When Repurposing

What do you do with your call to action or CTA when repurposing from a social media post to a blog post? You’ll see.

Take the text below that I shared to Facebook and LinkedIn, with one monumental difference.

Note that on Facebook and LinkedIn, the reference to “Bredemarket Identity Firm Services” makes more sense. I left it anyway. But I changed the ending.

The repurposed text

Does your firm help agencies solve crimes and identify people?

My company Bredemarket, through Bredemarket Identity Firm Services, provides marketing and writing services to identity/biometric companies.

My extensive expertise includes multiple biometric modalities and non-biometric factors:

  • Friction ridge (fingerprint, palm print, latent)
  • Face (and scars, marks, and tattoos)
  • Iris
  • Voice
  • DNA (rapid DNA)
  • Other biometrics
  • Secure government documents
  • Knowledge based authentication
  • Geolocation
  • Actions (something you do)
  • Intent (somewhat you why)

To learn more about what Bredemarket offers and where it offers its services…

And here’s where it all fell apart

At this point my repurposing ground to a halt.

Why? Because my original call to action was to get people to visit the Bredemarket website.

But you’re ALREADY AT the Bredemarket website. (Unless you’re an e-mail subscriber, I guess.)

So instead I will ask you to watch another repurposing effort, my Facebook reel with cool music.
